Air and fluid get trapped in all sorts of places and often there’s no explanation for where the noise came from. This is normal. Sometimes females can experience vaginal flatulence (fanny farts), which is just a pocket of air in the vagina that gets pushed out and sounds like a fart…they don’t smell and are normal and natural too.
