No method of contraception can ever be 100% effective. However, when used correctly, condoms offer the best protection against STI’s and are 98% effective at preventing pregnancy. Choosing the correct fit of condom and using LifeStyles® lubricant or gel can further reduce the likelihood of breakage.

LifeStyles® Condoms are made from Natural Rubber Latex which may cause an allergic reaction, including anaphylactic responses.  However, our condoms do not contain Parabens, Glycerin (except for Warming condoms), Benzocaine, Polyurethane, Nitrosamine, Soy, Rice, Casein, Pea Protein or Gluten. Some highly sensitive individuals may also experience allergic reactions to chemicals used in the manufacture of these condoms and/or in the lubricant applied to the condom.

LifeStyles® Condoms and lubricants sold in Australia do not contain Nonoxynol-9 and any condoms that do contain Nonoxynol-9 must be specifically labelled as such.

Our condoms should be stored below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Yes. All our condoms – including textured varieties – are suitable for use during anal sex. To increase comfort, using plenty of lubricant or gel (and patience) is always recommended.

Yes. The flavourings used for our flavoured condoms are food grade and our lubricant and gels are made with ingredients suitable for human ingestion. However, you should always use a new condom if you switch between oral, vaginal or anal intercourse.

We encourage safe sex with a condom to protect yourself from sexually transmitted infections (STI/STD and HIV). Pharmaceutical contraceptives do not prevent STI’s.

Nominal width is the measurement of the diameter at or near the open end of the condom, when laid flat. Our condoms have a 52mm/53mm nominal width apart from the Large which is 56mm and the Closer Fit which is 49mm.

LifeStyles® condoms are made from natural rubber latex.

Our condoms are made in our own facilities in Thailand or India. The country of origin is indicated on the condom foil.

The expiry date on pack indicates the earliest expiry date of all products included, so if your condom pack includes a LifeStyles® lubricant or gel sachet this will affect the date shown on pack as lubricants and gels have a shorter shelf life than condoms. Additionally, if the pack contains a mixture of different condoms, the expiry date of the condom which will expire the earliest will be shown on pack.

Silicone-based lubricant. Except for our Warming condoms that have a propylene glycol and glycerin lubricant which helps create the warming effect.

LifeStyles® condoms and lubricants are not made with any animal derivatives.

Silicone lubricants and gels do not break down in water and are condom compatible. A silicone lubricant is not absorbed into the body which means that it can last longer than a water-based lubricant. Try our longer lasting LifeStyles Luxe® silicone Lubricant. Water-based lubricants may need to be reapplied but are easier to clean with water. Our water-based gel, LifeStyles® Ultra Natural, is suitable for sensitive skin and water-based Silky Smooth Personal Lubricant is non-staining and formulated for comfort.

LifeStyles® lubricants and gels have a shelf life of 3 years.
