An orgasm is an intense physical (and often spiritual) sensation that can occur during sex and/or during masturbation. An orgasm is different for each person and because of this it’s a tricky sensation to describe.
An orgasm is different for men and women. For men, orgasm is often accompanied by ejaculation of fluid from the penis, whereas for women it can be an intense pleasurable sensation that runs throughout the entire body. Leading up to orgasm you may notice your heart beating faster, your natural lubrication building up, your breathing may get quicker and then after orgasm you will often feel very relaxed and peaceful.
