Scissoring/Tribbing, Testosterone, Thrush

Only guys have testicles – they are the balls that hang between the legs in a sack of skin called the scrotum. The testicles produce sperm, and also the hormone testosterone.

Testosterone is a hormone which promotes the development of male characteristics, such as a deeper voice and facial hair.

You’ve probably heard lots of different explanations for this one, but thrush is basically a yeast infection.

Although thrush can occur in other parts of your body, like your mouth, it’s pretty common to happen in the vagina as it’s an overgrowth of a yeast (candida albicans) that’s actually natural to the vagina. If you have any itching, burning, white discharge or stinging or burning when you go to the urinate it’s important to get it checked out by your doctor or book an appointment at your local Family Planning Clinic.

Transvestite is a term for a person who chooses to dress like the opposite sex. A person can be of any gender identity and still be a transvestite. This is different to drag because drag is about performance, transvestism is not.
